About these terms
These terms apply to orders placed through the VitalForm store. By placing an order you accept them. If anything here is unclear, write to us before you order and we will explain it.
The product
We sell one product: the ankle resistance-band set — resistance bands with ankle straps. Set contents vary by variant, and the variant is confirmed with you as part of the order. Specifications that have not been verified with our supplier are marked as awaiting confirmation rather than stated as fact.
Price and currency
The price and currency shown at checkout are the price and currency that apply to your order, including any taxes or duties that must be collected where you are shipping to. The current listed price is To be confirmed; if checkout is not yet open, the final price is confirmed with you before any payment is taken.
Orders and payment
An order is accepted when payment is confirmed by our payment provider. Card details are entered on the provider's secure pages and are never held by this store. If an order cannot be fulfilled after payment, you are refunded in full.
Delivery
Available shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown before you pay. Estimates are provided by the carrier and are not a guarantee; we will keep you informed if a delivery is delayed.
Returns
Unused sets in their original condition can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Write to us through the contact page with your order details and we will explain the return address and process. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received.
Using the set
The set is exercise equipment. Use it as intended, on a stable surface, and stop if something hurts. Nothing on this store is medical advice, and we make no claim to treat or prevent any condition.
Content and liability
The text, layout and images on this store belong to VitalForm and may not be reused without permission. Our liability is limited to the value of the order concerned, except where the law does not allow that limit.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VitalForm operates. Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law where you live.
