Privacy policy

This policy explains what happens to your information when you use the VitalForm store. It is written to be read, not skimmed past.
What we collect
When you browse the store we do not require an account and we do not ask for your name. Your cart is kept in your own browser, on your device, so it is still there when you come back.
When you send us a message through the contact form, we receive the name, email address and message you choose to give us. When you ask to be told about checkout or a specific variant, we receive the email address you enter.
Why we hold it
Contact messages are kept so we can answer your question and follow up on the same thread. Waitlist entries are kept so we can send you the information you asked for, and nothing else.
We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to a marketing list because you asked us a question.
Payments
Card details are never collected by this store. When checkout opens, payment is handled by our payment provider on their own secure pages, under their privacy terms. We only see confirmation that an order was paid.
How long we keep it
Messages and waitlist entries are kept for as long as they are useful for the conversation or the order, and are removed when they no longer serve that purpose. You can ask us to delete your entry at any time.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to us through the contact page and we will action the request.
Cookies and local storage
We use your browser's local storage to remember your cart. We do not use it to profile you across other sites. If you clear your browser storage, your cart is cleared with it.
